Submit a request through our order form. Maria reviews it and follows up to confirm availability, discuss details, and send a payment link. Once paid, your arrangement is confirmed.

Same-day orders are accepted on a limited basis until 2:00 PM. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

For most occasions, 2–3 days ahead works well. For weddings, events, or holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, please order 1–2 weeks in advance.

We are a pickup-only studio. All orders are picked up at our Novato location by appointment.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge for materials already sourced.
