All Sales Final
Because every arrangement is custom-made by hand and uses fresh, perishable flowers, all sales are final once payment is made. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after payment has been received.
We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about the arrangement, flowers, or pickup logistics — we're happy to help.
Exceptions
If we made an error with your order — such as preparing the wrong arrangement or if your flowers were damaged at the time of pickup — please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We will work with you to make it right.
Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at Maria's discretion.
