Orders Are Requests
Submitting an order form on our website is a request — not a confirmed purchase. Maria will review your request and follow up to confirm availability and discuss arrangement details. Your order is not confirmed until Maria has reached out and you have completed payment.
Payment
Full payment is required to lock in your order. After confirming availability, Maria will send a secure payment link. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
Pickup Only
Little Unforgettable Memories is a pickup-only studio. We do not offer delivery. All arrangements must be picked up at our Novato, CA location by appointment. No walk-ins are accepted.

Sunday: By appointment only
Perishable Products
All floral arrangements are perishable. Once your order has been picked up, Little Unforgettable Memories is not responsible for the condition of the arrangement. Please follow care instructions provided at pickup to maximize the life of your flowers.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to decline any order request at our discretion.
